A: We have a reading quiz approximately once a week based on the reading from the textbook. Each quiz covers 2-3 sections and is announced several days in advance. My best advice is to keep up with the reading! The best way to study for the reading quizzes is to
1- make sure your student does the reading,
2- look over the guided reading handout which we do in class and is generally due the day of the quiz
3- be sure your student can answer the questions on the guided reading and at the end of each section in the book without looking up the answers.
